Please join us for the Yogic Lifestyle and Advanced Teaching Program that is a 300 hour program and when added to your existing 200 hour certification (from anywhere) you will be eligible to register for the RYT 500 designation with the Yoga Alliance. We teach Classic Yoga based on Yoga Sutras 8 limbs of yoga and focus on the Krishnamacharya parameters for vinyasa sequencing. Take your teachings to the next level with advanced vinyasa sequencing & theming, analytical anatomy teachings and advanced business tips for yogis. You will receive in-depth training on teaching meditation, restorative yoga and yoga nidra while the daily yogic rituals and Ayurveda module will immerse you in the personal yogic lifestyle. The advantage of our training is that it is offered in a working yoga shala and training group sizes are very small. The course is located in a magical town that is safe, fun and easy to get around, and we are only 4 blocks from the beach. Healthy vegetarian/vegan options are very accessible in the neighborhood.
